Streamlined Procurement Syetem for Minority-Owned Businesses
Beentos Inc., a Canadian minority-owned technology company, seeks to enhance its ability to secure government and large public sector contracts. The current procurement process is perceived as cumbersome and time-consuming, posing a barrier to accessing these opportunities. Customer Retention and Business Development Strategy Enhancement
Beentos Inc. has recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring Industrial NetMedia and Creative101.ca, which offer SaaS platforms like HR Director and Shiftshaper scheduling software. The company aims to enhance its customer retention strategy and business development efforts to attract new clients and improve brand visibility. This project focuses on analyzing and refining existing CRM management processes and customer success strategies. Additionally, it involves developing a comprehensive sales process and creating a compelling pitch deck to support business growth. The project will also explore outbound strategies for acquiring new business opportunities, ensuring that Beentos Inc. can effectively leverage its new acquisitions to expand its market presence.

Digital Marketing
Our company, Beentos is launching our platform in North America and targeting the demographic of Millennial consumers and Gen Zs. We want you to assist us in updating our branding in a way that clearly differentiates us from our competitors and serves our target Millennial market. We have developed a set of marketing strategies, and we need your help implementing them to increase our APP download and social media following. We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc. Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic. Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date. Identify trends and opportunities in our target market. Understand our brand and mission. Conduct research on our users, stakeholders, and competitors. Analyze our competitive landscape. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.
