Beentos Inc. has recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring Industrial NetMedia and Creative101.ca, which offer SaaS platforms like HR Director and Shiftshaper scheduling software. The company aims to enhance its customer retention strategy and business development efforts to attract new clients and improve brand visibility. This project focuses on analyzing and refining existing CRM management processes and customer success strategies. Additionally, it involves developing a comprehensive sales process and creating a compelling pitch deck to support business growth. The project will also explore outbound strategies for acquiring new business opportunities, ensuring that Beentos Inc. can effectively leverage its new acquisitions to expand its market presence.

Deliverables

The project team will deliver a detailed report outlining the refined CRM management and customer success strategies. Additionally, they will do the following:

  1. Develop outreach strategies for new business development,
  2. Optimize and improve current customer relationship management system.
  3. Create a professional pitch deck tailored for potential clients.
  4. Business Development: The team will also develop a structured sales process document and propose an outbound strategy plan for new business development.
  5. Product Development: They will review and refine the existing products and come up with alternative solutions for the Company's developers to improve on the products.
  6. Project Management: Work as project managers on existing projects to develop project plans including stakeholder communication plans.

These deliverables will collectively support Beentos Inc.'s efforts in enhancing customer retention and expanding its client base.
