Go-To-Market Strategy for Eco-friendly Health Food
The main goal for the project is to survey the current competitive landscape and plan a Go-To-Market strategy for the innovative health food based on Upcycled Coffee fruit. Tons of this fruit goes to waste during coffee beans extration. The project will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current competitive landscape in the health food niche. - Conducting market research to identify potential retail outlets for distribution. - Developing an online ecommerce strategy for the product launch. - Creating innovative ideas for customer uptake validation, such as Kickstarter. - Planning A/B testing to determine the optimal pricing strategy for the launch.

IPP + TRADEMARK
Project Goal: The main objective of this project is to teach learners how to navigate the complexities of intellectual property (IP) protection in collaborative ventures and ensure the proper management of IP during innovation processes. This project aims to equip learners with the skills to protect their intellectual creations, understand shared IP ownership, and apply IP laws effectively in real-world business scenarios. Tasks and Activities: Research and Analysis : Learners will research various forms of intellectual property (patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.) and analyze case studies on IP protection in business collaborations. IP Protection Plan Development : Learners will create a detailed plan for protecting IP in a collaborative project, outlining steps to safeguard their creations. Collaboration Simulation : Through group exercises, learners will engage in simulated collaborative projects, where they will negotiate IP terms and draft agreements to manage shared IP rights. Legal Considerations : Learners will review relevant legal frameworks and best practices for managing IP within partnerships and business agreements. Presentation and Reporting : Learners will prepare a presentation summarizing their findings, IP protection plan, and the steps they would take to ensure IP is properly managed in a collaboration. Deliverables: A comprehensive IP protection plan for a collaborative venture. A case study report detailing the analysis of IP protection methods in a real-world context. A group presentation summarizing key IP issues and the proposed solutions for managing IP in collaborative environments. A legal agreement template addressing IP ownership, usage, and protection for future collaborations.
