The main goal for the project is to successfully launch the innovative platform developed by Mystura Technologies Inc. in the target cities of Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, and Ottawa. The platform aims to revolutionize the local services marketplace by connecting individuals with a diverse range of quality on-demand local services in a transparent and user-centric manner, similar to successful models like Uber, Airbnb, and Airtasker.



This will involve several different steps for the project team, including:


- Conducting market research and analysis to understand the local services landscape in the target cities.


- Developing a comprehensive marketing and promotional strategy to create awareness and generate interest in the platform.


- Collaborating with local service providers to onboard them onto the platform and ensure a seamless user experience.


- Implementing a robust user engagement and retention strategy to foster a sense of community and convenience.


- Testing the platform for functionality, user experience, and scalability.


- Planning and executing a successful launch event in each target city to generate buzz and attract users.


Deliverables

The tasks that the project team will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:


- Market research and analysis report detailing the local services landscape in the target cities.


- Comprehensive marketing and promotional strategy outlining the approach to create awareness and generate interest in the platform.


- Onboarding plan for local service providers, including a seamless user experience strategy.


- User engagement and retention strategy to foster a sense of community and convenience.


- Platform testing report with findings on functionality, user experience, and scalability.


- Launch event plan and execution report for each target city.



Final deliverables will include:


- A detailed project report outlining the entire process from research to launch, including all strategies and findings.


- Marketing materials and assets developed for the launch event.


- User engagement and retention strategy implementation plan.


Mentorship

Students will work closely with the founder to ensure that they have enough support to execute the project and will be able to access the current users and marketing plan available as well as the initial market research already done.
