This project invites students from IT, business, HR, and marketing to explore how inclusive technologies can remove barriers for people with disabilities. You’ll work with Enabled Talent—a Canadian startup building tools for accessible employment and mental health support. The goal is to support real-world tasks such as improving user experience, analyzing market opportunities, refining accessibility features, and building inclusive communication or training strategies.

Deliverables

Students will contribute to research, product planning, or outreach efforts aligned with their background. Deliverables may include a project plan, requirements analysis, mockups, user feedback reports, training material, and a final presentation. You’ll also gain experience working with a team focused on social impact and accessibility innovation.
